Fino sherry
Mixed Olives
Smoky Spanish Marcona Almonds

Slow Roasted Andalusian-Style Lamb with Potatoes
Grilled Asparagus with lemon

Seville Marmalade ice cream (recipe follows)

Seville Marmalade Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 extra large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup homemade Seville orange marmalade

Instructions:

  1. Whisk eggs in large bowl until light and fluffy, 2 minutes. 
  2. Whisk in sugar, a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely blended, about 1 minute more. 
  3. Pour in the cream and milk, and whisk to blend. 
  4. Pour mixture into ice cream maker and process until ready, about 1 hour.
  5. Pour in marmalade and blend for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve!
Makes 1 quart.
