Seville Marmalade Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 extra large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup homemade Seville orange marmalade
Instructions:
- Whisk eggs in large bowl until light and fluffy, 2 minutes.
- Whisk in sugar, a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely blended, about 1 minute more.
- Pour in the cream and milk, and whisk to blend.
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker and process until ready, about 1 hour.
- Pour in marmalade and blend for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve!
Makes 1 quart.
